Creating a Culture of Generosity
Jasmine's unique gift is such – helping others analyze internal and external resources to create new ideas, innovation, products, and enhance market share. She has proven to be a great asset to for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, alike, with her skill to increase capacity through infrastructure development. Notably, Jasmine streamlined procurement, documentation, and reporting processes for a seven-location, national not-for-profit organization. Additionally, she transitioned the organization from small business banking to commercial banking in working with senior leadership to create a sustainable business model and establish a healthy financial department.
Jasmine is passionate about racial and gender diversity in the financial sector and C-Suite. Recently, she was tapped to share her views on the "Women in Finance" panel at the 2018 CFO Chicago, an invitation-only conference uniting thought leaders for collaboration and exchange around the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Jasmine also serves as a mentor to mid-level professionals who are pursuing Director and C-Suite positions and executive women seeking to create a legacy.
Jasmine earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Roosevelt University. She currently resides in Chicago, Illinois.
